We had a fundraiser on the plaza outside the Princeton Public Library with Deepsea Band! 🎶 Thank you everyone for your amazing support and hard work. We’re so grateful to everyone who donated, participated, and helped make this event a success! 💗✨ Period poverty doesn’t just affect women. It impacts trans men, nonbinary people, and anyone who menstruates. Lack of access to products, education, and safe spaces creates stigma and deepens inequality. It's Period Poverty Awareness Week! This annual event held by @periodsupplies helps raise awareness on period poverty. It's May!🌸🩸 Period cramps? You are not alone. Periods are natural. Yet, stigma and lack of access to products create barriers for those who menstruate. No one should have to miss school or work because of this. Happy March! This Women's History Month, let’s celebrate Arunachalam Muruganantham, the man behind India’s affordable sanitary pad revolution. While he isn’t a woman, his impact on period stigma and menstrual health has helped millions of women worldwide. Taking care of yourself during your period is important! Menstruation can be challenging, but small self-care steps can make a big difference. Did you know? One menstrual cup can hold up to one ounce (30 ml) of menstrual flow—that’s about 2-3 regular tampons' worth! 🩸
